Information Glow Creative collects
Glow Creative collects general information such as page views, website visits, countries visitors are from, and what type of device is used (desktop, tablet, or mobile). Information relating directly to individuals is not collected or stored unless you provide it via the contact form or website questionnaire.
Why general information is collected
General web traffic information is monitored for improvements to the website and marketing. For instance, if I see most users are visiting via a mobile device, I will ensure that the website works just as well on mobile as it does on desktop. Or if I see a decline in visitors I can make an attempt to attract more people to the website through a new marketing campaign.

If you provide personal details through the contact form in order to get in touch with Glow Creative, these details are used only to reach you. These details are not shared with other parties.

This is so I know who I am speaking with and so that I can reply to your message via email. Information provided through the website questionnaire is used to accurately match your business situation to a Glow Creative service. I make recommendations based upon the information you provide. I also follow up with you using the contact information you provide.

If you wish to see the information Glow Creative has on file for you, please reach out to info@glowcreative.co.nz or use the contact form to request this. I will delete your information by request if you no longer wish to be on file at Glow Creative. You can also update your information by request.
If Glow Creative’s website security is compromised
In the case that the Glow Creative website’s security is compromised, hackers could potentially access your first name, last name, and email address ONLY if you submitted a message through the contact form. However, this information is regularly cleared from the website to minimise such risk. If a breach of information is detected, you will be notified via email.
