Just email me when you need changes made. If I estimate the work to go over 2 hours: You choose whether you wish to stop and pick it up again the following month, or pay standard hourly rate for the time exceeding the included 2 hours.*

Just email me when you need changes made. If I estimate the work to go over 3 hours: You choose whether you wish to stop and pick it up again the following quarter, or pay standard hourly rate for the time exceeding the included 3 hours.*

Terms
In a calendar month (or 3 calendar months for quarterly plan) the client can request and receive up to 2 hours (or 3 hours for quarterly plan) of work done on their website for the subscription cost. Specific tasks will be accepted at the discretion of Glow Creative based on relevance to skillset. Work will be carried out after payment. Unused hours do not rollover and are not reimbursed. *Overtime work is charged at $140 + GST per hour from the point of 2 hours and 1 minute within a calendar month (or 3 hours and 1 minute within 3 calendar months for quarterly plan). No work will begin until the subscription for that month or quarter is paid. Delays on the client’s end do not warrant any exceptions to these terms. If there are delays on Glow Creative’s end which cause the work to move into the following month or quarter, Glow Creative may choose to rollover the previously requested tasks so that it does not impact the next balance of hours paid for. No refunds. Cancel anytime.
