Glow Creative services

Services at Glow Creative include:

  • Web design and development
  • Graphic and brand design
  • Other related services that we may agree on
Result responsibilities

Glow Creative is responsible for professional, high quality standards of work in the services provided. You can expect delightful websites and designs with user experience in mind.

Glow Creative is not responsible should any client not achieve their business goals. Glow Creative is not a marketing agency and does not in any way guarantee results such as increased sales or website traffic. At Glow Creative, I provide your website and/or branding, which can be marketed however you like.

Client payment terms

Clients will be invoiced every month, on the first of the month for hourly work. Package deposits are invoiced at the time of booking, and the remainder is invoiced before the website goes live/before final files are provided (depending on the type of project).

Invoices submitted by Glow Creative to the client are due within the number of days stated of receipt of invoice unless charges are under dispute. When a portion of the Contractor’s invoice is in dispute the non-disputed charges will be paid within stated days and the disputed portion to be paid upon resolution.

All deposits paid to Glow Creative from the client are non-refundable regardless of whether the project is cancelled by the client. All invoices paid to Glow Creative from the client are non-refundable on the basis that payments are made for the Glow Creative’s time.

In the event that an invoice is overdue, Glow Creative may choose to cease further work until overdue payment is received. Failure to pay is not tolerated. Final deliverables will not be provided until outstanding invoices are paid and received.

Delivery timelines

I aim to get your deliverables to you as fast as possible. Events that effect how fast services can be provided include:

  • Booked out schedule (in this case you are booked in for a date in the future where we will commence work).
  • Hold ups on the client end (photoshoots, content writing etc. that is recommended you complete before your booking).
  • Technical difficulties or challenges.
  • Unexpected events on either Glow Creative or client end (such as personal grievances).

reCAPTCHA v3 is enabled on this site and your use of reCAPTCHA v3 is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. reCAPTCHA is used to fight spam and abuse on this site.
